Pattern Formation PDEs for Biological Applications
I recently completed this research project as part of a Math REU at Northeastern University. I am corking with professor Calina Copos, graduate mentor Tanishq Bhatia, and undergraduates Kaan Volkan and Naiwen Wang. We looked into various systems of partial differential equations (PDEs) that have been proposed to model protein interaction in the cell cortex.
